Restore & Renew
This is a yoga class that is suitable for everyone; from new beginners to advanced practitioners, to those looking to increase their overall energy levels or just exploring a different way of practicing yoga.
We will explore different ways of moving, including gentle mat based stretches and slower floor poses, and ways to release tension in the joints as well the connective tissue. We will practice supported restorative poses and conscious breathing exercises. The session will end with time for relaxation and we will use different forms of guided relaxation and well as yoga nidra.
This class is ideal for those who would like to try yoga as a way to nourish the body and mind, to reduce stress levels, for those coming back from illness or dealing with fatigue. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or would like to know more about this class.
