Mum & Dad Yoga
Mum and dad yoga classes are a time for you to move, breathe, cuddle, sing, play, dance, laugh and rest with your baby.
These classes are for both you and your baby, it is a time to heal, recover and strengthen after pregnancy and to reclaim your body. We focus on the whole body, from the feet to pelvic floor, abdominals, glutes and lower back up in to the shoulders and neck. Our focus is to build strength, regain movements, increase mobility and at the same time do so in a loving way, present with your baby and nurture the bond between you. For the baby we explore movements for them, we sing, dance, cuddle and play.
In this class you get to put you (both of you) and your needs first. If you need to feed, change, walk around, whatever you need to do is welcome and encouraged. Its a place to find support, love and compassion from the group you practice with and to maybe find and meet new friends who you get to share this journey with.This time in life is a unique one, it is so individual and is a deeply personal and transformative time. It is a time that in many ways flies by, and at the same time can feel like days last forever. These classes are a safe space for you to enjoy in this time and be with other people.
All are warmly welcome and we look forward to meeting you and your little one.
PS: The babies does not have to have a membership or havet o be pre-booked. Just the parents
